Introduction:
[ Shopping My Daily Routines, KakaoRoutine ]
As much as Kakao seeks to exert a good influence on the world, a healthy business model that can further increase its influence is also essential.
What could be a business model that can help Kakao secure healthy sales opportunities?
Process:
- How do we define what a healthy business model is?
- We return to the very basics. Why do we purchase anything? After contemplation, we realized every purchase comes from a firm belief that the product or service would improve us in ways that are worth the cost.
- KakaoRoutine decides to focus on the overlooked step in the e-commerce business. Most care only about the earlier steps to reach out to customers and persuade them to pay for certain products or services. We aspire to shift the focus and also take care of the after-purchase procedures. How do we make the best use out of a product or service? How do we keep the customers engaged and intrigued so that they can actually be satisfied with their decision and reach their expected goals that come along the purchase?
- Problem definition:
Customers end up not fully utilizing the product or service due to lack of willpower, consistency or step-by-step guidelines. Sellers fail to deliver the best value of what they can possibly offer and their products do not get appreciated or sold repetitively.
